เรื่องราวของ คิมฮเยจา (ฮันจีมิน) สาวสวยวัย 25 ปี ที่ตอนสมัยยังเด็กเธอพบนาฬิกาวิเศษที่สามารถทำให้เธอย้อนเวลาได้ หากแต่การย้อนเวลาในแต่ละครั้งต้องแลกมากับอายุที่เพิ่มขึ้นของเธอ วันหนึ่งพ่อของเธอประสบอุบัติเหตุเสียชีวิต ทำให้เธอพยายามย้อนเวลาเพื่อกลับไปช่วยพ่อ แต่เพราะเธอย้อนเวลาหลายครั้งเกินไป ทำให้เมื่อเธอสามารถช่วยชีวิตพ่อเอาไว้ได้ เธอกลับตื่นมาพบว่าตัวเองกลายเป็น คุณยายคิมฮเยจา (คิมฮเยจา) ในวัย 70 ปี ทำให้เธอสูญเสียชีวิตในวัยสาวและความฝันที่จะได้เป็นผู้ประกาศข่าวไปหมดสิ้น แต่แล้วเธอได้มาพบกับ อีจุนฮา (นัมจูฮยอก) เด็กหนุ่มที่ใช้ชีวิตไปวัน ๆ โดยไม่มีเป้าหมายในชีวิต เดิมทีเขามีความฝันอยากเป็นผู้ประกาศข่าว แต่เมื่อคุณย่าจากไปโลกของเขาก็พังทลาย เมื่อเขาได้พบกับคุณยายคิมฮเยจา ทั้งคู่ต่างได้เรียนรู้ความสำคัญและความหมายที่แท้จริงของคำว่า 'เวลา และ ความรัก'
